With the site specific project in Tierp I started to experiment with sandpaper. I continued working with this material, fascinated by its different qualities that translate my approach to the pandemic time, where the distance and isolation have increased our lack of touch and physical communication.

 

The tactile properties of the sandpaper make them a perfect poetic material to express the potential corrosion due to the physical distance.
